Description: Erich magnetic pulley is a widely used type of magnetic separator for the efficient removal of tramp iron. It is used either as the head pulley of a belt conveyor installation or as drive pulley in a self contained pulley type separator. Electromagnetic pulley is basically composed by a set of rolled mild steel pole shoes of high magnetic permeability. Coils are made from aluminum of copper wires or strips with class insulation. Feeding is made through a bipolar axial slip rings direct current usually 110V or 220V. Available diameters from 250 to 1500mm and length up to 2000mm.
